An Air India plane bound for London with more than 240 people on board has crashed in India's western city of Ahmedabad. The plane went down minutes after taking off from the airport. Iran says it’s built a new enrichment site that is ready to operate. It was announced as a countermeasure, hours after the UN’s nuclear watchdog formally found that Iran is not complying with its nuclear obligations for the first time in 20 years.
