Police in Pakistan says the suicide bomber who killed at least 100 people in an attack on a mosque inside a fortified compound may have had 'internal assistance'. They say several suspects have now been arrested. Funerals have taken place for some of those killed in the attack. Another 220 were also injured. The bombing happened during prayers. A committee has been set up to investigate security lapses at the Peshawar police compound where the bombing took place on Monday. India’s Adani Enterprises has called off its $2.5bn share sale in a dramatic reversal, the company said on Wednesday, days after a rout in its stocks following criticism by a United States short seller. The withdrawal marks a stunning setback for Gautam Adani, the school dropout-turned-billionaire whose fortunes rose rapidly in recent years in line with the stock values of his businesses.
