✈️ Warum flog die Lufthansa A340-600 D‑AIHZ (LH9911) aus Boston über 10 h im Tiefflug nach Frankfurt? Am 8. Juli 2025 kam es auf dem Lufthansa-Flug LH9911 (Kennzeichen D‑AIHZ) von Boston nach Frankfurt zu einer ungewöhnlichen Situation: Die A340-600 musste aufgrund eines beschädigten Luftfahrzeugs auf dem Boden die gesamte Strecke nahezu ungedrückt zurücklegen – und das nur auf 10.000 Fuß Höhe 🔧 Was war passiert? Am 5. Juli hatte ein sogenannter „High Loader“ – ein Ladegerät für schwere Gepäckstücke – den Rumpf beschädigt und ein Loch verursacht. Die Druckkabine konnte daraufhin nicht mehr abgedichtet werden  . 🛠 Reparatur vs. Rückflug Ein vorläufiger Flicken ermöglichte den Überführungsflug zurück nach Frankfurt zur Hauptwartung.
