Some app users have reported that they see a warning message "Double Login," but they have never used the app on a second device.
This message is usually appearing when a user tries to log-in to the app on two different smartphones simultaneously.
Our technical team has identified the failure, and this will be fixed with the next app update.
This issue has been fixed with the January App update.
