LiveTube works with thousands of freelance producers worldwide who operate in all time zones. As a LiveTube Producer, you’ll play a critical role in selecting, curating, verifying, and publishing live video streams submitted by LiveTube Reporters. This course is designed to provide our producers with the tools, techniques, and knowledge they need to excel in this fast-paced and impactful role.

In this course, we’ll cover:

  • Verification and Fact-Checking: Master the techniques for validating live content to ensure accuracy and credibility.

  • Ethics and Journalism Standards: Understand the principles of live journalism, including storytelling integrity and audience trust.
  • Communication with Reporters: Learn how to provide real-time guidance and feedback to reporters to enhance live streams.
  • The Live Newsroom Setup: Explore how to operate in LiveTube’s virtual newsroom environment and collaborate with a global team.
