Our founders and advisors have led newsroom operations, content development, and media strategy at major European broadcasters and international networks, while also holding senior executive positions at publicly traded corporations across energy, technology, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. Our platform and AI verification systems are developed in-house, with technology partnerships including Google, Akamai, and Wowza, and engineering teams across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.

Sven Herold, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Sven has spent nearly three decades at the intersection of journalism, corporate communications, and digital content innovation. As a Senior Investigative Correspondent at ARD First German Television, his reporting led to $25 million in consumer refunds and prompted BMW to recall 80,000 motorcycles. He served as Global Head of TV at SAP and as Global Vice President Marketing & Communications at Shell, where he helped steer a 600+ person function and the company rose from 19th to 12th among the world’s leading brands.

Herbert served as Chief Communications Officer at SAP for 12 years, advising three CEOs including co-founder Hasso Plattner. He led global external communications at Shell as Executive Vice President and held the same rank at Bayer for Global Brand, Communications and Government Relations. He founded the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD), connecting over 1,000 senior communicators across 23 countries.

Financial Strategy and Investments
Michael served as Group CFO of BioNTech SE during its formative years, helping build the financial foundation of the company that later partnered with Pfizer to develop one of the world’s first COVID-19 vaccines. Through his firm High Tech Corporate Services (HTCS), he has provided CFO support to more than 140 startup companies, with a track record that includes guiding transactions exceeding 200 million euros.

Andreas is a Partner at DLA Piper, where he jointly heads the German Corporate Group. Previously a Partner at K&L Gates, he brings over two decades of experience in private equity, venture capital, M&A, and capital markets, advising clients including The Carlyle Group and Oakley Capital. Recognized in JUVE, Legal 500, and Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers, he has served as legal and finance advisor to LiveTube since 2015.
Jan Herold
Media Production and Content Strategy
Jan has spent over 20 years in broadcast journalism and content production, working at RTL, ProSieben, Sat.1, Sky, and Bayerischer Rundfunk. As Programme Director at Radio 95.5 Charivari, his morning show became Munich’s most successful and won the BLM Radio Prize. He founded munich.fm and leads media training for clients including Strategy&, PwC, Volkswagen, SAP, and Red Bull.

Bernhard has spent over 20 years helping global technology companies scale, with deep expertise in data analytics, cybersecurity, and go-to-market strategy. His career spans leadership roles at Gartner, Akamai Technologies, Qlik, and TransUnion, where he rose to Director of Strategic Growth for EMEA and APAC. He currently leads global industry initiatives at carbmee and serves as Industry Advisor to the German Aerospace Industries Association (BDLI).

Matthias is a co-founding partner of karo IP, recognized by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s Leading Patent Law Firms. A qualified German and European Patent Attorney, he is named among the IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders and received the Client Choice Award 2021 for IP and Patent in Germany. He has lectured on international IP rights at RWTH Aachen since 2007 and protects LiveTube’s patent-pending verification technology.
