Members of the press, broadcasters, and other professional publishers can access LiveTube content through our MediaHub. The MediaHub offers several types of content:
– Live feeds (HLS): Real-time streams delivered via HLS that can be taken directly into your control room or embedded on your platform.
– VOD clips: Short 20-second snippet recordings captured during the livestream, ready for quick use in programs or on social media.
– Recordings: Full recordings of the entire livestream, available immediately after the broadcast for download and use.
– On-scene image: A high-quality photo captured separately by the reporter at the scene, provided alongside the video content.
– Metadata: Location information, timestamps, and additional context are shared alongside all content for editorial use.
All content is provided in 16:9 HD 1080p resolution and optimised for newsrooms and social media platforms.
The MediaHub is a restricted platform dedicated to members of the media. To create an account, we need some information from you to verify that you are a broadcaster or publishing professional. Please fill out our Media Registration Form. You can also use our media request form. Our team will review your application and get back to you to discuss access, licensing, and partnership options.
Yes. All use of LiveTube content requires a Media License. The LiveTube Media License is our general licence agreement that applies to all media partners. It covers how you may use footage in your productions – whether for broadcast, online publishing, or social media. Pricing and any special arrangements are negotiated individually and may be documented in a separate contract. To get started, please fill out our Media Registration Form, and our team will guide you through the process.
LiveTube content is a professional, licensed product. Fees are negotiated individually depending on the type of partnership and usage. In some cases, selected content may be offered free of charge – however, free content will always carry a LiveTube watermark. The best way to find out what applies to your situation is to fill out our Media Registration Form, and our team will get in touch with you to discuss options.
Yes. Every LiveTube livestream goes through a rigorous internal verification process. Our newsroom operates with a minimum 30-second internal delay from the original source, giving our team time to verify content before it reaches any audience.
A dedicated producer stays with the reporter for the entire duration of the livestream – guiding, verifying, and supporting them throughout. For major events, multiple producers may be involved simultaneously: one in direct contact with the reporter, one researching and fact-checking, one creating captions and adding contextual information to the stream, and one dedicated to the MediaHub providing additional materials to media partners.
If inappropriate content appears, producers can intervene immediately and switch to a neutral emergency stream. Media partners receive the final verified feed via HLS as a clean feed – along with location information, timestamps, and an on-scene image for their own editorial use.
All LiveTube content is delivered in 16:9 HD 1080p resolution. Here is what media partners receive:
– HLS live stream: The real-time feed delivered via HLS, ready for your control room or website.
– 20-second snippet recordings: Short clips captured during the livestream, ideal for social media use.
– Full recordings: Complete recordings of the entire livestream, available immediately after the broadcast ends.
– High-quality on-scene image: A separate photo captured by the reporter at the scene, provided alongside the video.
– Location and time data: Verified location information and timestamps shared with every piece of content.
All materials are optimised for both broadcast and social media use.
Yes – with a valid license. The LiveTube Media License includes New Media Use rights, which cover the use of footage on websites, blogs, social media platforms, and other online channels. The 20-second snippet recordings captured during livestreams are specifically designed for fast social media use. To discuss what is included for your use case, please register via our Media Registration Form, and our team will be in touch.

Streams are verified by AI in seconds and reviewed by a live newsroom team that stays with the reporter throughout the entire broadcast. For media professionals, LiveTube provides access to this verified live content through the MediaHub. Learn more on our About page.

LiveTube’s mission is Real news. Real people. Real time. We exist to restore truth to the speed of the moment. Our goal is to redefine how news is gathered and trusted – moving from post-event speculation to real-time, evidence-based reporting. Because only live signals – time, place, and context – can confirm authenticity before misinformation spreads. We empower anyone with a smartphone to become a trusted eyewitness reporter, capturing events as they happen and proving what is real through live verification. Learn more on our About page.
We envision a world where everyone can report the truth. LiveTube is building a global network of verified eyewitnesses – ordinary people powering extraordinary journalism. We stand for a future where news is not controlled by institutions or filtered through bias, but built collectively through transparency, technology, and human courage. Our vision is to democratise news reporting – creating a system where verified live information moves faster than falsehoods, and where every person has the tools, protection, and voice to be heard.
The difference is fundamental. On social media platforms like Twitter (X), Facebook, or TikTok, anyone can post anything – including old footage, manipulated clips, or content completely out of context. There is no verification at the point of capture and no editorial oversight before content goes viral.
LiveTube is built differently from the ground up:
– Verified while it is happening: Every stream is checked by AI and a live newsroom team before it reaches any audience. A minimum 30-second internal delay ensures content is authentic and appropriate.
– Live only: You cannot upload pre-recorded videos. Content must be captured and streamed in real time, which makes it nearly impossible to fake.
– Producer-guided: A dedicated producer stays with the reporter for the entire livestream – not just a quick review. For major events, multiple producers work simultaneously.
– Source-proof capture: Video is fused with on-scene photos, written descriptions, device signals, and real-time location data to prove time and place.
– Rights-cleared and paid: All content is licensed responsibly, and reporters are compensated for verified contributions.
– Editorial control: Producers can guide, limit, or stop a broadcast when safety demands it.
In short: social media spreads content first and asks questions later. LiveTube verifies first – and that is what makes it trustworthy for professional news use.
LiveTube content carries a level of trust that social media footage simply cannot match. Every piece of content on LiveTube is:
– Authenticated at source: Captured live with device signals, GPS data, and on-scene context – verified by AI and human editors in real time.
– Editorially curated: Every stream is accompanied by a dedicated producer throughout the entire broadcast, ensuring quality and standards.
– Exclusive and original: Content comes directly from eyewitnesses on the ground – not recycled from other platforms or agencies.
– Clean feed: Media partners receive a clean HLS feed along with location data, timestamps, and a high-quality on-scene image – ready for your broadcast or publication.
– Rights-cleared: Fully licensed under the LiveTube Media License, so you can use it with confidence.
This combination of live verification, full-duration editorial oversight, and professional delivery is what sets LiveTube apart from any other source of user-generated content.
LiveTube applies a multi-layered verification process – all happening while the stream is live:
– AI analysis: An advanced AI system processes the video, the reporter’s description and category, and real-time location data within seconds.
– Source-proof capture: The app captures video together with an on-scene photo, written location and description, and device signals – fused with independent live data to confirm time and place.
– Full-duration producer support: A dedicated producer stays with the reporter for the entire livestream – not just an initial check. The producer guides the reporter, verifies information, and ensures broadcast standards throughout.
– Multi-producer teams for major events: For significant news events, multiple producers work simultaneously – one in direct contact with the reporter, one researching and fact-checking, one creating captions and adding context, and one dedicated to the MediaHub providing materials to media partners.
– Internal safety delay: A minimum 30-second delay is built into the backend, giving the newsroom time to verify before the feed reaches any audience.
This combination of Human + AI verification, applied continuously throughout the entire broadcast, is what differentiates LiveTube from both social-live apps and retrospective fact-checking tools.
This is at the core of what makes LiveTube trustworthy. Only live content can be truly verified. When footage is streamed in real time, it carries inherent proof – time, place, and context – that simply cannot be fabricated. Pre-recorded videos, by contrast, can be edited, manipulated, taken out of context, or re-uploaded from other sources.
By requiring all content to be captured and broadcast live, LiveTube ensures that what you see is what is actually happening – right now, at that location, by a verified reporter on the ground. That is why LiveTube does not accept uploaded videos, content copied from TV or other media, or staged performances. Learn more about our content standards in our Rules.
LiveTube focuses on newsworthy, impactful, and authentic real-world events. This includes breaking news such as accidents, natural disasters, and major public events; protests, demonstrations, and political gatherings; unusual or unique happenings in communities; and local events that would otherwise go unreported by traditional media.
LiveTube is an international broadcasting platform – our primary focus is on stories that resonate with audiences worldwide. Not every local event qualifies, but stories that matter to your community and carry broader relevance are exactly what we are looking for. Learn more about how we choose LiveTubes.
Yes. LiveTube believes that truth deserves speed – and those who bring it deserve respect. We compensate reporters for verified contributions. When your livestream is broadcast and used, you earn money for the content you provided. This is a core part of our model: we license content responsibly and share revenue with the people who make it possible. It is accountability, not just exposure.
Advertising use is handled separately from standard broadcast or new media rights. The LiveTube Media License distinguishes between different types of usage – including broadcast, new media, and advertising. If you are interested in using LiveTube content for advertising, please reach out to us via the Media Registration Form, and our team will discuss terms tailored to your needs.
Once you submit the Media Registration Form, our team will review your application. We verify that you are a broadcaster, news publisher, or professional media outlet with relevant reach. After approval, we discuss licensing terms, partnership scope, and access options – tailored to your specific needs. Pricing and any special arrangements may be documented in a separate contract alongside the general Media License. The best option is to have a contract in place so that when breaking news goes live, you have immediate access to our content without delays.
LiveTube works with established broadcasters, news networks, professional publishers, and influencers with significant audience reach. Our partnerships are designed to bring verified live content to large audiences – which also helps promote LiveTube and attract new reporters worldwide. If you represent a media organisation with meaningful reach and are interested in using LiveTube content, please fill out our Media Registration Form, and we will explore the possibilities together.
Safety is built into every layer of LiveTube’s platform. A dedicated producer stays with the reporter for the entire duration of the livestream – guiding them, verifying information, and ensuring safety throughout. For major events, multiple producers work simultaneously to cover all aspects of the broadcast.
A minimum 30-second internal delay gives the newsroom team time to review every moment before it reaches any audience. If inappropriate or dangerous content appears, producers can intervene immediately and switch to a neutral emergency stream. Content that violates our Rules – including anything that endangers people on camera – is taken down immediately.
Absolutely – and we recommend it. Having a partnership agreement in place means that when breaking news happens, your team gets immediate access to live streams, VOD clips, recordings, and on-scene images without any delays. This is especially valuable for 24/7 newsrooms and digital-first publishers who need to react quickly. Please register through our Media Registration Form, and we will set up a contract tailored to your workflow and needs.
It depends on your partnership package. Content shared free of charge will always carry a LiveTube watermark. For paid partnerships, watermark and branding arrangements may differ depending on the terms of your contract. In LiveTube’s own broadcasts, streams include lower-third graphics with a news ticker, location information, and timestamps. Media partners, however, receive a clean feed via HLS along with the location data, timestamps, and on-scene images separately – so you can integrate the content into your own editorial design. Specific branding requirements are covered in the Media License and your individual partnership agreement.
LiveTube is a global platform – anyone with a smartphone and the LiveTube app can report from anywhere in the world. Our network of reporters is growing across all continents, with particular activity in areas where major news events unfold. Because LiveTube empowers everyday people to report, coverage reaches places that traditional camera crews often cannot – from remote locations to the heart of fast-moving events. We are currently onboarding reporters and media partners worldwide.
LiveTube has been built over nearly a decade, solving hard problems that most platforms ignore: safety, real-time verification, editorial control, and meaningful monetisation for contributors. The platform is now fully developed and operational, and we are focused on partnerships with news networks across Europe, Asia, and the United States. Read the full LiveTube Story to learn more about our journey.
We are always looking for partners who bring reach, access, and unique perspectives to the platform. Whether you are an influencer, a public figure, a celebrity, or someone with access to exclusive events and locations – we want to hear from you. LiveTube partnerships are designed to amplify your voice while bringing verified, real-time content to global audiences. Please fill out our Partner with LiveTube form, and our team will be in touch to explore what we can build together.
We are looking for people and organisations who can bring something special to the platform:
– Large broadcasters and news networks: Organisations with significant reach who want access to verified, real-time eyewitness content.
– Influencers and celebrities with large audiences: Public figures who can help bring LiveTube to new audiences while creating compelling live content.
– People with access to exclusive content: Individuals who regularly find themselves at newsworthy events, in unique locations, or with access that traditional media does not have.
– Content creators who want to build a dedicated series: Reporters or creators who want to focus on a specific topic and build a following around it (see: What is a LiveTube Series?).
If you think you could be a great fit, reach out to us via our Partner with LiveTube form.
A LiveTube Series is a dedicated topic channel within the LiveTube app. When we set up a Series, one or more reporters are assigned to a specific theme – and all new live content related to that topic is collected under the Series. Think of it as a focused, ongoing live channel built around a subject that matters.
Examples of Series topics include firefighters and emergency response, mountain and outdoor adventures, paparazzi and celebrity coverage, protest and activism reporting, weather and storm chasing, and many more.
Series are a great way for reporters, influencers, or organisations to build a dedicated following around a niche. If you have a topic in mind, reach out via our Partner with LiveTube form and let us know what you would like to build.
LiveTube features an Upcoming LiveStreams section where scheduled or anticipated live events are listed in advance. Users can subscribe to these upcoming streams and get notified when they go live.
If you know about a newsworthy event, have on-the-ground access to something that is about to happen, or are planning to cover an event live – you can reach out to us and we can set it up as an Upcoming LiveStream. This gives your broadcast extra visibility and allows audiences to tune in from the very start.
To suggest an upcoming event or schedule a livestream, contact us via our Partner with LiveTube form.
If you regularly have access to newsworthy events, exclusive locations, or unique situations that traditional media cannot cover – LiveTube wants to hear from you. Whether you are a first responder, an event organiser, a local journalist, or simply someone who is always where the action is, you could become a valued LiveTube reporter or partner.
We can set you up with dedicated topic channels (Series), feature your upcoming events as Upcoming LiveStreams, and ensure your content reaches the right audiences worldwide. Reach out to us via our Partner with LiveTube form and tell us what you bring to the table.
Yes – through the LiveTube Series feature. If you have a clear topic, niche, or area of expertise, we can create a dedicated Series for you within the app. All your live content will be collected under this Series, making it easy for audiences to find and follow your work. This is ideal for influencers, specialised reporters, organisations, or anyone who wants to build a recognisable live brand around a specific subject. To get started, fill out our Partner with LiveTube form.
In LiveTube’s own broadcast, streams include lower-third graphics with a news ticker, location information, and timestamps – giving viewers a full news experience. Media partners, however, receive something different: a clean HLS feed without any overlays or LiveTube graphics. Instead, location data, timestamps, and a high-quality on-scene image are provided separately so that media partners can integrate the content into their own editorial design and branding.
LiveTube content is licensed and requires a partnership agreement before you can use it. You cannot simply embed or download streams without authorisation. To discuss how you can integrate LiveTube content into your platform, broadcast, or publication, please register via our Media Registration Form and our team will walk you through your access options.

To discuss this option, please reach out via our Partner with LiveTube form.
We are open to advertising and promotional partnerships with the right brands and organisations.
