If at any point you feel unsafe, stop filming immediately and move to a safer location. Your producer can help guide you to ensure your well-being. When filming during an emergency, it’s crucial to follow these safety rules to ensure your safety and the safety of others:
– Keep your producer informed of any dangerous situations that arise, so they can make the correct decisions regarding your livestream
– Make sure you are safe at all times.Help others first before starting any livestream—your safety and others’ well-being come before filming.
– If emergency services are required, call them first before engaging with LiveTube.
– Always respect authorities and emergency services—do not interfere with their work.
– If you are required to assist in an emergency, stop filming and help.
– Keep your LiveTube producer informed of anything happening at the scene, such as if emergency services are needed.
– Do not block or obstruct emergency services from doing their job.
– Do not interfere with the work of emergency responders or other helpers.
– Avoid filming too closely in dangerous situations – maintain a safe distance.
– Follow the guidance of your producer throughout the broadcast.
If you find yourself in a dangerous or emergency situation, prioritize your safety. Stop filming and move to a safe place as soon as possible. Inform your producer that you’re stopping the stream for safety reasons. LiveTube monitors all streams and will intervene if they detect any potential threats to your safety.
– Be aware of your surroundings at all times. If you’re moving while filming, ensure the ground is stable and clear of obstacles.
– Don’t film from dangerous heights or unstable areas.
– Keep your valuables secure—live reporting can make you a target for theft.
– If people object to being filmed, respect their privacy and stop filming them.
