Achim has built executive communications strategies for some of Europe’s most prominent corporate leaders. He served as speechwriter for German Federal Minister of the Interior Otto Schily, then moved to Microsoft Deutschland as Executive Communications Manager. At SAP, he led global executive communications as Vice President.

Advisory Role at LiveTube

He advised Bayer CEO Marijn Dekkers and served as Global Head of Executive Communications at Merck. At Costa Group, he oversaw communications and public affairs for AIDA Cruises, Costa Europe, and Costa Asia, reporting directly to the Group CEO. At RWE AG, he led CEO communications and speechwriting. Before his corporate career, he worked as an editor in the culture desk of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Today, he co-authors the CEO Rhetorik-Index in cooperation with Handelsblatt, analyzing DAX 40 CEO communication effectiveness. For LiveTube, Achim understands how leaders communicate under pressure, how corporate narratives are built, and how trust is established with stakeholders.
