Andreas is a Partner at DLA Piper, where he jointly heads the German Corporate Group. Previously a Partner at K&L Gates, he brings over two decades of experience in private equity, venture capital, M&A, and capital markets, with extensive expertise in public company transactions, LBOs, corporate governance, securities law, and cross-border M&A. He has been involved in some of the most high-profile activist campaigns in Germany, advising clients including The Carlyle Group and Oakley Capital.

He previously completed a nine-month secondment in Citigroup‘s Investment Banking Division in Frankfurt. Andreas is recognized in the JUVE Handbook, Legal 500 Germany, and Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers, with clients noting his “clear leadership and commercial mindset.” He holds an LL.M. and has served as legal and finance advisor to LiveTube since 2015, providing corporate governance, transaction structuring, and investor relations expertise as the company scales internationally.
