
Career
Michael served as Group CFO of BioNTech SE during its formative years from 2009 to 2014, helping build the financial foundation of the company that later partnered with Pfizer to develop one of the world’s first COVID-19 vaccines. He founded High Tech Corporate Services (HTCS) in Munich, which has provided CFO support, corporate finance, and administrative infrastructure to more than 140 startup companies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, primarily in biotech and deep-tech sectors.
Advisory Role at LiveTube
His track record includes guiding companies through complex financing rounds and exit transactions, including SuppreMol’s acquisition at approximately 200 million euros. He currently serves as CFO at Cellbricks Therapeutics and ActiTrexx, and chairs the Advisory Board at Synimmune. For LiveTube, Michael brings the financial structuring expertise of someone who has helped build companies from pre-revenue through to multi-billion-euro valuations.
